1. Learn how to avoid legal pitfalls by going on a fact-finding mission in Monsoon.
2. Create CMA using tax record data in Monsoon.
3. Learn how to search foreclosures.
4. Learn how to create a virtual tour and protect your client's interests.
5. Learn when, what, and how to record a video or live stream.
